Welcome to our website, we hope you find it helpful and informative. We are a family owned and run operation. Prior to opening Heartford Thoroughbreds, we worked overseas and Australia in the thoroughbred industry covering all facets of a thoroughbred stud for many years.

This included stallion handling, mare and foal management, foaling down mares, weanling and yearling preparation as well as attending the top sales

We are very fortunate to have the expertise and knowledge of our stud vet -Dr Des James and farrier - James Durham.
